1. Service Agreement

By engaging WebFuZsion for website design and development services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving work at each stage
• Ensuring all content provided is accurate and legally compliant
• Providing access to necessary accounts and systems when required

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed website design and code. WebFuZsion retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major changes to the project scope may require a new agreement and additional fees.

6. Website Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance and updates are not included in the initial project unless specifically agreed. Maintenance services can be arranged separately. Clients are responsible for keeping their website secure and up-to-date.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebFuZsion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
