Extra languages
Each site comes in your main language. Extra languages, such as English, Portuguese, German, French or Spanish, are priced per language and quoted up front.
Hosting
Included for the first 12 months, then €120 a year. Your site stays hosted and looked after by me.
Paying
Prices are in euros, paid by euro bank transfer (IBAN and BIC supplied). A deposit starts the build and the balance is due when you're happy to go live. Your invoice can carry your NIF if you need one.
VAT
I'm not VAT-registered, so no VAT or IVA is added. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Before you ask
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I'm based in Grantham in the UK and I'm in Albufeira every year. Everything is done online by message, call or video, so you're always dealing with me directly from start to finish.
Do I have to pay before I see my website?
No. I build a free mockup first and we go through it together. Only if you're happy with it do you pay a deposit and I carry on. If it's not right for you, there's no cost and no obligation.
Can the site be in several languages?
Yes. Sharky's Bar is in five languages. You provide the text or I help you write it.
Do you speak Portuguese?
I work in English. I can build your site in Portuguese and other languages, with text you supply or that I help you write.
Can I pay in euros, and is VAT included?
Prices are in euros, paid by euro bank transfer, and I send you my IBAN and BIC. A deposit starts the build and the balance is due when you're happy to go live. I'm not VAT-registered, so no VAT or Portuguese IVA is added to the price. If you need your NIF on the invoice for your accounts, just tell me and I'll include it.
Are there monthly fees?
No monthly platform fees like Wix or Squarespace. You pay one project price, and hosting is included for the first 12 months. After that it's €120 a year, and your site stays hosted and looked after by me.
